The hotel is conveniently located close to the seafront and many dining options, and also has a nice park nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have good views. The bathroom is well-maintained and equipped, and the breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The gym and spa add to the overall value of the stay.
The hotel's dinner buffet is overpriced and not very special.

It was a very nice surprise. Travelling overnight in Izmir with 2 children, the most expected is a small room in a typical downtown environment. Yet, a 7th floor junior suite, with panoramic view of the city has been offered. Clean, quiet and contemporary equipped, was nice spending time there. Hotel personnel has been very helpfull, and spent time with us so as to plan as better as possible our limited time and get the most of what the city has to offer. I would defenately stay there again, on a forthcoming visit to Izmir

Clean and comfortable. Decent value for the money. Staff very professional. Good breakfast.
No problems except the usual Turkish incomprehension of the concept of shower curtains. Instead, there was a plexiglass panel running only half the length of the bathtub, so be prepared to mop up after yourself.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The view from our room on the top floor was breathtaking and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the one bedroom type room. The hotel even provided us with a complimentary fruit plate, which was a lovely touch. Despite a minor issue with the AC being cold in the living room but warm in the bedroom, our overall experience was perfect.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay. The location is excellent, with easy access to all the city sights by foot.

The location is very convenient. The breakfast buffet was good.
The elevators are too slow. The cheese served at the breakfast buffet tasted slightly strange. It would be better to keep it cooled.

Our Christmas stay was amazing! The first thing we loved was the spacious and clean room that we got. The breakfast was plentiful with many options to choose from, and the service was quick. The location of the hotel couldn't be better as everything was close by, including restaurants and stores. We also enjoyed the fact that the room service was tasteful and quick.
The plumbing in the bathroom was old and the slow wireless made it hard to use the internet. The noise from other guests in nearby rooms and the uncomfortable bed made it difficult to sleep.

clean rooms, close to sea, walking distance from the waterfront and not far from the Bazaar. The staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was okay but lacked fresh coffee.
